Terms of Service for MK Luxury Transportation

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the limousine services provided by MK Luxury Transportation (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

Booking and Payment
By booking our services, you agree to pay the agreed-upon fee for the reservation. Payment is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged.

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and sometimes cash.

Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed..

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made within two hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.

Refunds for cancellations made within the cancellation period will be subject to our discretion.

1. No charge if minimum notice is given.
2. One-way transfer must be cancelled at least two hours before pickup time  is scheduled. (Inside Twin Cities metro)
3. One-way transfer must be cancelled at least two hours before chauffeur leaves the garage. (Outside Twin cities metro)
4. Retail and Leisure hourly’s must be cancelled at least 14 days before scheduled  pick up time.
5. Full Rate – within one hour of scheduled pick-up (Base, SCT, Gratuity, Parking, Bag meet charges.)

Minimum Notice Requirement (25% Charge)

1. A Retail and Leisure’s cancelling within 14 days of the scheduled pick-time will be charged 25% of the total estimated charges.

2. All cancellation falling within 14 days notice requirements will be charged the full estimated charges, including base, gratuity and surface transportation fees.

Service Terms
We strive to provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation services. Our vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained to ensure passenger safety and comfort.

Passengers are expected to treat our vehicles and chauffeurs with respect. Any damage caused by passengers will be the responsibility of the booking party.

Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcohol or illegal substances are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.

Liability
We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or incidents beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather events, or road closures. 

Our liability for any damages arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the reservation.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

Privacy
Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of MN Jurisdiction.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in MN.
